President
Benson obtained his Juris Doctor degree from West Virginia University College of Law and his Master of Public Administration from the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, along with a certificate in Business Project Management. Mr. Awosika is licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and he is also a licensed title producer in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
Tosin Gbadamosi, Esq.

Tosin is licensed to practice law in multiple jurisdictions including Maryland, New York, Alabama and District of Columbia. He obtained his Master of Laws degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, and his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Lagos State University. A Barrister at Law from Nigeria Law School, he is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. In her role, Jamie meticulously examines abstracts, clears liens and judgments, and handles day-to-day operations such as sending title commitments to lenders, preparing pre-CDs, and coordinating closings with all parties involved. Jamie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and brings a wealth of experience to our team.
